Process Worker – Food Manufacturing

We are seeking experienced Process Workers to join a busy food manufacturing site in Smithfield.

Shifts: 3 days per week (may increase or decrease depending on demand)

• Day shift: 6AM- 2PM

Pay Rate: $40.2 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.

• Prepare batches and feed packaging materials into machines.

• Perform quality checks and maintain production flow.

• Perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting, bending and reaching, and stand for extended periods.

• Use pallet jacks, safety knives and weighing equipment.

• Follow workplace safety procedures when working around forklifts and moving machinery.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience.

• Ability to work in a cold environment.

• Availability to work on Monday- Sunday

• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.

• Own transport
